DELIVERY & NON-COLLECTION
Delivery Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched and tracking details have been provided, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer.
Failed Delivery / Non-Collection
If a parcel is held by a courier and the customer fails to collect or rearrange delivery within the courier’s specified timeframe, the order will be considered fulfilled.
Any costs incurred due to non-collection, return to sender, or disposal by the courier may be deducted from any refund, where applicable.
Refunds will only be processed once goods are physically returned to us.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on any cosmetic products that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Products opened at events or shows

Products used for display, testing, or promotion

Products returned outside the stated returns window
These items cannot be resold and are therefore non-returnable.
EVENT, SHOW & PROMOTIONAL STOCK
Products supplied or sold at events, pop-ups, trade shows, or promotional settings are final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the event.
Any products opened, displayed, or handled at such events are deemed accepted and non-returnable.
TIME LIMIT ON RETURNS
Any approved return requests must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Goods returned outside this timeframe, or after prolonged possession, will not be eligible for refund.
INFLUENCER / COLLABORATION ORDERS
Where products are supplied for collaboration, promotion, or influencer activity:

Failure to promote, display, or use the products does not constitute grounds for a refund

Delays, personal circumstances, illness, or changes in availability do not entitle the recipient to a refund

Products supplied for such purposes are non-returnable unless agreed in writing
REFUNDS PROCESSING
Where a refund is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of goods being returned and inspected
DAMAGE OR LOSS IN TRANSIT
If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, this must be confirmed in writing by the courier.
Refunds or replacements will only be issued once loss has been formally confirmed.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish law and consumer rights under EU regulations.
